Stacks - Geometric Fused Glass Dish Class
Learn a new glass fusing technique while making your own tableware in our Stacks class! Using fusible glass in cool or warm colour ways, create a 6 inch square dish perfect for tapas or trinkets.
We'll show you how to make straight cuts in glass as you create a series of squares to mix and match while considering colour, contrast, and value in your design. Stack up your squares and leave it with us to run through two fuses in the kiln. You'll come back to find a customized pattern of concentric squares that gives your finished piece a fun and retro feel!
This is a beginner level class, with no previous fused glass experience required. For students who have fused before, learning this technique is a perfect way to expand your skillset!

We offer a variety of classes at all skill levels. Most of our offerings are beginner friendly, but those intended to develop existing skills are clearly labelled as "intermediate" or "advanced". Not sure what's right for you? Give us a call!
Classes include all materials, kiln firing, and project specific hardware. You'll be provided with everything you need to complete your project!
Closed toe shoes are a must for all activities in the studio space. While we do have aprons on hand, clothing that you're comfortable getting a little dirty and dusty is always recommended.
