Classes

All classes are non refundable. A store credit or a new booking will be provided. Cancellation of attendance is required with 7 days notice to obtain the store credit or new booking.

Deliveries

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if we sent you the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and strive to make it right. We have a 14-day return policy so please contact us immediately.

If you want to return your undamaged item, you are responsible for the cost of mailing it back to us safely. Please remember that we are a small family business, not a major big-box store. Thank you.
